Eligible Youth
- 14 -24 years of age -Household income within 200% of the federal poverty level (TANF eligible)
- Be a minor, parenting a minor child, or reside in a home with a minor child
- Hamilton County resident
- Have a barrier to self-sufficiency (e.g., living in poverty, in juvenile system, parenting, lack of basic skills)
