Each county has a designated lead agency responsible for managing CCMEP. Through this agency, participants can access the help they need to achieve economic self-sufficiency.
In Hamilton County, Job & Family Services contracted Talbert House to manage CCMEP. Talbert House partners with Easterseals, Community Action Agency and the Urban League to provide services to eligible youth and young adults.
In order to be enrolled in CCMEP, interested individuals must go to one of our locations and apply. Your application will be sent to HCJFS, and If HCJFS says you are eligible, you will be scheduled an intake appointment to complete the enrollment process.
